What if the weather turns?
Your skipper watches the forecast all day. If it isn't safe or pleasant, we'll move your ride to another date or refund you in full.
What should we bring?
A light jacket (it's breezier on the lake), sunglasses and any snacks you love. We provide blankets, iced water, sparkling juice and a speaker. Ontario has strict rules about alcohol on boats, so please ask us before bringing any.
Can kids come along?
Absolutely. We have child-sized life jackets for little ones of every age. Children count toward the 6-guest limit.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your ride. After that, we're happy to reschedule once at no charge.
Where do we board?
At our dock on Queens Quay West, a five-minute walk from Union Station. You'll get a pin and photo of the exact spot after booking.
